ENGINEERING CONCEPTS
MDA Development's engineering concepts consist of utilizing the latest version of the UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, UNIFORM FIRE CODES, UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE & NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, as well as any/all applicable jurisdictional agency addendums.
There will be an heavy emphasis on the Structural engineering aspects of the many planned structures in particular. The above design codes shall dictate any/all design criteria.
The above denoted codes are to be viewed as minimum requirement and not as a maximum. MDA shall error on the side of conservatism in all design criteria.
It is acknowledged that such requirements are not required by the existing jurisdictional agencies involved to date, however it is MDA Development's decision to to meet and/or exceed all building related codes on a national level.
