Dr. Marlene Shiple Medici promoted to Shodan, 1st Degree Black Belt in Shorin Ryu Karate on July 5, 1997 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson Arizona.  Marlene was a co-founder of the dojo and has helped with the teaching responsibilities from the beginning.

Dr. Marlene Shiple Medici promoted to Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Belt in Shorin Ryu Karate on July 10, 1999 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI  in Tucson Arizona and awarded Title of Sensei by the officers of the Yudanshakai.

Dr. Marlene Shiple Medici promoted to Sandan, 3rd Degree Black Belt in Shorin Ryu Karate on January 31, 2004 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI  in Tucson Arizona.

Dr. Marlene Shiple Medici promoted to Shodan, 1st Degree Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu January 18, 2003 by the American Jujitsu Institute.

Dr. Marlene Shiple Medici promoted to Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu January 4, 2005 by the American Jujitsu Institute.

Cory Carlson promoted to Shodan, 1st Degree Black Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu on January 30, 1999 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson Arizona, and currently operates the Kodenkan of Payson Dojo in Payson Arizona.

Todd A. Tippett promoted to Shodan, 1st Degree Black Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu on July 5, 2003 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson, Arizona and also by the American Jujitsu Institute.

Todd A. Tippett promoted to Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu on July 3, 2004 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson, Arizona. 

Todd A. Tippett was awarded the title of Sensei in July 2005 by O-Sensei Medici and the officers of the yudanshakai.

Craig S. Cummings promoted to Shodan, 1st Degree Black Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu on July 3, 2004 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson, Arizona and also by the American Jujitsu Institute.

Craig S. Cummings promoted to Nidan, 2nd Degree Black Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu on July 8, 2006 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson, Arizona and awarded Title of Sensei by the officers of the Yudanshakai. 

Mason Bergeron promoted to Shodan, 1st Degree Black Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu and the title of Sempai on July 7, 2007 by KODENKAN YUDANSHAKAI in Tucson, Arizona  and also by the American Jujitsu Institute.
